WHAT ABOUT MY WILL?

DESIGNATING YOUR INVESTMENT

The Foundation aims to meet your wishes when you invest in us. To protect your investments, we currently we have two designated accounts and one general account. Your gift may be designated to be used for: 1.) St. Jude’s MCC needs only, 2.) academic scholarships, or 3.) outreaches the Foundation supports in pursuit of its mission.

HOW IS THIS GIFT DIFFERENT FROM MY OTHER GIFTS?

St. Jude’s Wilmington Foundation, Inc. is a permanent charitable foundation managed by a Board of Trustees with the current Senior Pastor being a standing member of the Board. Earnings will support the ministries of the church, designated endowed gifts, and ministries that are at the core of the mission of the Foundation. The Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and is a separate legal entity from St. Jude MCC. Therefore, Foundation funds are not co-mingled with church assets and cannot be accessed as operating funds for the church. Gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible for charitable purposes.
